Extremely disappointed with how this claim was handled. My vehicle was not damaged before entering this location. While going through the wash, my vehicle was damaged. I immediately stopped, backed up, pulled forward, and spoke directly with the attendant who was guiding me. I even picked up a broken plastic piece from the ground and showed it to both the attendant and the manager on duty. Despite reporting the damage immediately—before even leaving the property—my claim was denied with the explanation that the damage must have happened somewhere else. That’s extremely frustrating because I reported it on the spot, the staff witnessed my concern, and there should have been security footage documenting the entire incident. As a paying member, I expected accountability and a fair investigation, not an automatic denial. Instead, I was left paying for damage that occurred while using a service I trusted. These photos show the damage that resulted from my visit. If a company is unwilling to stand behind its equipment or properly investigate incidents reported immediately, customers deserve to know before purchasing a membership. Love the car wash! But somehow, I have been being double billed for two months! 1 in Pleasant Hills, PA and also in Etna, Ohio!! I understand the Corporate Office is the one in Ohio!! BUT I thought after many phone calls and E-mails this was taken care of! THEN I got billed twice again!!!! WHAT THE HELL???????? Still waiting for refunds!!!

Absolutely the best car wash experience around! From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, professional, and full of energy. They were smiling, waving, and made the whole process quick and seamless. My car looked spotless and you can tell they truly care about the customer experience. The vac lot was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was actively engaging and making sure everyone was taken care of. Fast service, great results, and an awesome team. Highly recommend to anyone looking to keep their vehicle looking brand new!

I pass this spot daily and, frankly, my car was overdue for a wash, so I decided to give it a try. At first, I was a bit puzzled about where to enter, but I eventually found the entrance with an attendant ready to assist. This wash is brush-based, and you simply drive in, pop the car in neutral, and let the system do its thing. The whole process was quick, and it did a decent job given how filthy my car was. They also offer free vacuums and air for tires, which was a nice bonus. Unfortunately, since then, after buying a wash package, I found the wash inconsistent. There are always streaks, and bird droppings still on the vehicle after the wash. I am also very concerned about the lack of any indicators at the end of the wash, so be careful as unless they have a safety mechanism built in, I can see the potential for an accident. As a result the original five star rating in now down to a three, as I feel that the wash is overpriced because it does not get the vehicle clean.
